Well, I guess it's not really a diet, but has anyone just eaten everyhting you want, all the same stuff as normal, but just cut your normal portion in half and lost weight? I have heard of several people who have lost weight this way. Cutting my portions was also the only way i have ever lost weight, although it was involuntary at the time - I was sick and unable to eat as much.
PLUS you get to eat all the same things...presumably the things you like.
Dieting is ALL about quantity.
And I think after a while your stomach gets used to smaller portions so you feel just as full (without feeling over-full). Of course it would take discipline to cope with the initial hungries, but there's no getting around it I guess.
