Ok, so I am on day five of my lifestyle change, I dont want to call it a diet because to me it implys that it will end. So, I am waking up earlier to eat a good breakfast, I have a small snack mid morning, healthy lunch, little afteroon snack, and a small dinner. My DR told me I need to be eating less than 1600 cals a day, and exercise. I have been able to keep up for five day, which is amazing for me. But, by 4:30, I begin to get a bad headach, and an upset stomach, like I want to vomit. I am not eating anything heavy, or acidic, so I dont think that is causing it, I just dont know what it is. Is this normal for beginning weight loss? Is it b/c I am lowering my cals so much?

I hate feeling this way b/c I am always at work when I start getting sick feeling, and it didnt happen at work before I started cutting cals. Any advice?
