| I have lost almost 40lbs......just by walking!
I started a new job back in November (mail carrier) and I average about 5 miles a day walking. Since starting that job, I have lost almost 40 pounds. I never imagined that walking would help me out that much! I am not even dieting yet!!!! I am starting a diet next week to keep my weightloss going. It's just unreal to me to think that 3 months ago I had 90 pounds to lose, now I have 50 to lose.........thanks to walking!!!
Just thought I would share my little story on how walking is helping me! Best of luck to all of us who are trying to lose all of our excess weight.
