How tall are you? I'm about 5'2 and 140. I want to get down to 120 or even less as well. What do you normally eat everyday? Here's what I normally eat
Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ apple or bananas
Green tea
Lunch: Sandwich on whole wheat bread
fruit or 100 calorie pack snack
Snack: Cottage cheese and carrots
OR Fruit
Jello
Light butter popcorn
trail mix
Dinner: Grilled chicken w/ grilled vegetables
or salad.. sometimes w/ pasta
I dont normally snack after dinner. But, you could have a light snack after dinner. Those are just some ideas of what I eat. I don't eat the same thing everyday though. I like to change it up with other things.Also, you have to find what works for you. I go to school all day and don't have access to a fridge or anything like that so I have to make do with what I have. Sandwiches are about the easiest thing to pack..
