
I have been on this low fat diet for a week now, and I can already feel a difference. There are little things I have noticed that make me want to work harder. For those of you out there that want to give up or have very little motivation, find little things that show improvement. I may be crazy but my bath towel covers more than it used too. Sounds really silly, but it was a serious motivater. My family thinks I am silly.. and maybe I am, but that is what keeps me going. The little things. Good Luck to everyone.
