| Is this Too Much??
Hi im 15 yrs old, 63kg, 172 cm in height. \
i workout 3 weight sessions, 4-5 cardio sessions(mostly classes).
i eat about 1200-1500 calorie diet. im losing a little bit each week but was wondering if this is too much training for me. i enjoy working out 6-7 days a week.
can someone answer this please?
