I don't think your doing anything wrong, it just takes time to lose weight, if your sore then thats probably a sign of the fat burning and turning into muscle, make sure you drink lots of water when you do exercise (running) or cardio..the water will help flush out your body sort-a-speak.
also make sure you do eat (do not skip meals) and not go over your 2000 calories..I would try maybe 1800 and see if that helps?...I was on 2000 calories and did not lose, so I went down to close to just 1500 and then I started to lose.
I been trying to balance out my proteine and fiber...with lean cut meats veggies and natural fruit..I don't eat anything with sugar in it...well I take that back I use splenda when I eat oatmeal...but you know bout the calories just have to becareful.
So all in all I think your doing ok, just give it some more time I would say at least 4 or 5 weeks and try not to get yourself burn out running 5/6 days a week...if you keep on doing what you been doing for 4 more weeks and you don't see any results at the scales...maybe you should go see your Dr?
