| | Regrading the "magic" 3500 cals burned
I recently started going back ot my gym. i heard if u burn at least 3500 cals a week that equals 1 pount of weightloss...1.is this indeed true? I started adding more fruit and cveggies to my diet, lowering my cheese intake and junk food intake and drinking more water and as well i try to get in 45-60 min of cardio a day but today was only 30 min cuz i did like 20 or so minutes of strengthg training. 2.How many calories should i eat a day?? and 3.what is the number of clas i should burn in a day?
