| Re: Good meal replacement
try to eat like veggies,(fiber) proteine(meats) a more of a balance meal and you don't always have to call them meals just a snack ever 2 or 3 hours during your shift..if you can? to keep from geting hungry. take a multi vitamin every morening
maybe try to exercise some during the week, if you have a treadmill they work great for weight loss, walking does your body good and walking you can think of it as not exerciseing....I watch TV while use the treadmill and in 45 minutes to and hour I walk 3 plus miles and feel much better, burn calories and my metabolism is up.
try to stay away from the ''energy bars'' most of thenm have sat fats or partially hydrated fats, there the ''bad guys''. most energy bars have sugar corn-syurp altho some bars like the special k bars or rice crips bars are low in calories, they have the bad ''guys'' in them, and thats what you need to try to avoid
try to remember anything that says partially hydranated or saturated fat...avoid thos at all cost not only for weight loss but for your over all health as well.
most things that are processed has those bad guys in them...read the food labels ,you will be suprise as to what all and how much all the foods we buy is honestly bad for you and whats in them.
its very hard to first start out not knowing? just read up on good nutrition, you will be amazed at all the diffrent kinds of foods out there.
don't forget to exercise if you can.
