Did anyone happen to catch Oprah on 5/1? I didn't actually see the show but I saw this on her website. Anyway, she had a woman on her show who was overweight. She would drink 300 ozs of soda pop per day! Oprah's experts went into the woman's home, went through her cabinets and found that most of the stuff she had were refined carbohydrates and sugary foods. They replaced all of that poison with healthy alternatives. They told her to cut out the sugar, flour, pop, etc. She walked at least 30 minutes, 7 days a week. Of course, she was required to do more cardio and strength training, also. 3 months later, she had lost an amazing 43 pounds!!!
