Today I got this amazing software where we can insert foods that we eat at home, we just have to add the proteins, fat and carbohydrates to the food properties and keep it in the database, then we can in a mather of seconds add to our daily log the calories we eat by just inserting the quantity in grams.
I found out that I ate 2176 calories, 111g protein, 70g fat and 276g carbs.
So basically I wasn't really eating those 1600 I was counting. But today I had a little binge on cookies in the morning, that explains the 70g of fat...nothing worse than my mother's cookies to ruin my day....anyway
It's amazing to know that I got 111g of protein, I usually thought it wouldn't reach 80. It even tell us our RMR and how much should we eat to loose weight on a certain period. Also add exercises to the log.
With this I think I can finally beat up those 16 left pounds....gimme good luck!
