Fitness Software

Today I got this amazing software where we can insert foods that we eat at home, we just have to add the proteins, fat and carbohydrates to the food properties and keep it in the database, then we can in a mather of seconds add to our daily log the calories we eat by just inserting the quantity in grams.
I found out that I ate 2176 calories, 111g protein, 70g fat and 276g carbs.
So basically I wasn't really eating those 1600 I was counting. But today I had a little binge on cookies in the morning, that explains the 70g of fat...nothing worse than my mother's cookies to ruin my day....anyway
It's amazing to know that I got 111g of protein, I usually thought it wouldn't reach 80. It even tell us our RMR and how much should we eat to loose weight on a certain period. Also add exercises to the log.
With this I think I can finally beat up those 16 left pounds....gimme good luck!

So many people think that calorie counting isn't working for them when they are doing it all wrong. You aren't alone is seriously underestimating your calories, it's human nature.
Do you use a good digital food scale to get that weight in grams? I think proper dieting is impossible without one.

Mine cost 50 dollars, so I guess it must be good.
And thanks to this I managed to not eat cookiestoday because it said I only had 580 calories left to eat when it is only 1 pm. I guess I eat alot in the morning without realizing. After all I guess my body really does consume 2500 calories a day or something like that, when I thought 1400 was my RMR.
