| I'm an emotional eater!
I hate to admit this about myself but I'm an emotional eater. I eat when I'm scared, happy, sad, tired, excited, and bored. I hate this about me and I can't seem to stop. I know this is bad for me. I am 4'11 and weigh 180. I have to do something about this. I am always tired, and in a brain fog, someone please help me.
