Someone told me that I should do a whole body cleansing or a colon cleans before I start my diet has anyone else tryed this ?
May be a crazy question but I really would like to know.
Wouldn't hurt. It would help get rid of all of the toxins from all of the not-so-healthy foods that you may have been consuming. If you can't afford colonic treatments, you can get colon cleansing kits from your local health food store.
I think you go to a center to do it.It is when they stick a tube thing up your anus and a mixture of shooting water up there and extracting all the bad stuff for about 45 min. i think.It is suppose to be refereshing afterwords.I will stick to at home cleansings! I am too embarrased for that!
I think you should start your diet right away. If you want to do some colon cleansing in the near future go for it. But there's no reason you HAVE to do colonics before having great success with a diet.
