Weight Watchers - Online Program - Weight Loss Message Board

Has anyone used the WW online program verses going to the weekly meetings? After my first child, I attended a WW program at work and lost 25 lbs. without working out. After my second child, I did my own work out routine with a trainer combined with a healthy diet. I just had my third child three weeks ago and still have 20 lbs to loose. I was thinking about doing the WW baby fat program in combination with working out. I had a C-section, so I have to wait until the end of July before I can work out. In the meantime, I was thinking of doing the WW online program. However, I'm not sure if it will be as effective as the weekly meetings and wanted to get some input from others who have used it.

Any suggestions/comments are greatly appreciated!

I am currently doing WW. While the online program is great, you don't have that little extra support going to the meetings. I have not been to one for awhile now as I usually do not have a babysitter during their meeting times in my town. They seem like a waste while you are there, but I think it is worth it. You could try doing it online, if it does not work, then go to the meeting. You can pay as you go so no money lost!!
