Hello all. I, like many, have tried and WASTED money on the over the counter wonder diet pills...none of which seem to do much. When I did lose the weight last year I used xtreme lean by nature's bounty and it was okay, but I think the walking and diet did more than the pills. What I wanted to know was if anyone has had any positive results with something to boost my energy levels. I am back on the healthy food (yogurt, salad, one meat serving daily, lots of fruit and veggies) and back to walking, but I could just roll over and sleep anytime, anywhere.
I also am at a plateau, and haven't lost any weight in a while, but I've been slacking here and there too. Bag of chips, choclate, etc etc. I keep thinking that if I have the energy and ambition I wouldn't be so 'lazy' feeling all the time. That may help with energy etc. A big factor also is that it has been raining for DAYS here. May and June have been the wettest on record so far! When it's just grey and cloudy and over cast, you really don't have too much ambition.
Maybe I'm just looking to boost my enthusiasm, I don't know. But if there's anything that will help with energy a little--not alot
to make me jittery all the time--but just a little
