ive recently put on weight. i would only want to lose 8lbs to a stone, but even though i do at least an hour exericise 3 times a week, mainly sports dont eat crap i.e fast foods, and really not alot of cals, i cant shift any weight and feel am actually putting more on, ive always maintained my weight with this kind of lifestyle and cant see why im not losing any, any pointers + im 21/m
well doing 1500 calories should show you results?
I do 1700 daily calories/exercise hour each day (treadmill/weights and I lose about 1 to 2 lbs week.
when I first started back in Jan I lost as much as 8 lbs in a week but we all know that was all fluids/water retention..ect,,,ect,,
you may need to go see your Dr? there maybe a underlying problem..thyroid?
but 1500 daily calories/exercising you should be loseing?
a male can eat up to 2500 daily and mantain the weight/not gain?...according to a health book I just read the other day?
