I am a 13 year old female who has about 5 pounds of extra weight. I am neither large nor tiny. I am healthy and not at all " fat " I want to lose about 5 pounds before school starts again..but I want it to come off the right way..and stay off. I am athletic and try to eat right. I try to stick to healthy eating plans..but I always end up eating that chocolate bar, or bowl of ice cream.
