Mid Diet Crisis!

I Think I maybe having a mid diet crisis?
I seem to be getting hungry like hour after my last meal?
breakfast /dinner are ok.. I go for hours, but at supper between 5>00pm 6:00pm I usally have a meal ''supper'' but after bout hour I'm starving?

what foods should I eat for supper? I usally have what I had for dinner....some sort of proteine/fiber/ veggies...carbs seem to make me hungry?
I snack on fruits but they don't satisfi me?
any body have any suggestions?

I sometimes have the same problem. I am on the South beach diet and I just went to phase 2, so I can start eating carbs but not all the time only once or twice a day. I chose cereal and go to brown rice for dinner. i ususally have veg snacks around like celery (all ready cut up) and sugar free geletin and sugar free fudgecicles. I also been drinking flavored water which helps alot. it fills you up without gaining weight.

OMGGG You made me want fudgsicles!! *buys them at store tomorrow LOL*

I have a set time that I don't eat after. I have my dinner between 6pm cuz my cut off is at 8, so I give myself some time to digest my food and then sometime after 7, before I know I will wanna munch again, I have a "dessert" or some kinda snack before it hits 8:00.
