I Think I maybe having a mid diet crisis?
I seem to be getting hungry like hour after my last meal?
breakfast /dinner are ok.. I go for hours, but at supper between 5>00pm 6:00pm I usally have a meal ''supper'' but after bout hour I'm starving?
what foods should I eat for supper? I usally have what I had for dinner....some sort of proteine/fiber/ veggies...carbs seem to make me hungry?
I snack on fruits but they don't satisfi me?
any body have any suggestions?
