| | HELP! What happened???
Ok, first off, I know I have IBS so I've been a bit bloated/constipated lately, which doesn't help. But since last September (last year I worked out all the time until about then) and all winter I barely watched what I ate, hardly worked out, and I was the lowest weight I've ever been. (I guess it helped that I had constant, um, lower gi symptoms due to IBS). The past few weeks, I'm 5-7 lbs higher, and have been drinking more water (at least 8-10 cups a day), eating healthier, working out consistently, and now I'm bloated, constipated, and not sure if the big bloat is the cause of some of that weight. And how do I get rid of it? Why, for months, was I 119, and now I can't seem to get under 125?? Did it just catch up with me??? Or is this due to IBS? Maybe I should be posting there, but I wanted to get someone's thoughts. Thank you.
