I am a 13 year old female..who has the extra weight around the hips..I am not " fat ". I am athletic, and try to eat right..but sometimes, I just can't bring myself to exercise. I tell myself NO to that chocolate bar, or bowl of ice cream..but i always end up eating it

I am trying to stick to a 1200-1300 calories a day eating plan, but it's so hard!! Does anybody have any tips, advice, or suggestions for me to try..to give me the confidence I'm craving??
