I'm, 16, healthy weight. I've got a little extra baggage but nothing major. The only thing that really bothers me is my ankles. I run all the time, try to stay active, but my ankles just won't shape up. Any suggestions?
You can't control where fat deposits are...
besides...your ankles?!?! Come on, who is going to notice your ankles?? At least it's not a tire around your waist!
It is POSSIBLE that you have a water retention problem. Check it out by having ZERO salt (or as near as you can get) for 3 days and see if the ankles change size.
Ankles are usually the first place that edema shows up.
