suggestions?

Hey everyone! First of all, I'm 5'6, 120 lbs.. medium build.. female... im 15... my birthday is on October 14th and I'd like to weigh 110 by then. That's about 9 1/2 weeks from now. Any tips or suggestions on how to lose 10 pounds? It is possible, right? How many calories should I be eating?? Please help!

for 5'6, 110 lbs would be very underweight...even the 120lbs you are now is on the lower end for your height...

Eating a balanced, healthy diet is always best.

If you are feeling like you are a little flabby here and there, you may get your best results with some kind of exercise.
