Hello everyone, I was 200 pounds on 7/17/06 and I weighed myself today and now I am 187. It seems to me that the weight just paused, no weight loss at all. My weight is at a stand still now and I am getting frustrated.
I am trying to lose 8 pounds by next Saturday August 19, 2006. Do you think I can, do you have any fast weight loss tricks, I am currently on my period this week, but it seems that the weight is not going anywhere now, please explain and help,
the only way you're going to meet that kind of a goal is to go on an induction phase of a low carb diet (Atkins or South Beach) and workout everyday for at least 2 hours. You'll probably come close to dropping those 8 lbs. Maybe about 5 pounds. Other than that, it ain't happening.
