Foods high in fiber?

Stupid question here, but what are some high fiber foods? Only one I can think of for the life of me are apples! I would like to add some more high fiber foods into my diet, so any suggestions would be welcomed!

Thanks!

Raw vegetables
Most fruit

Re: Foods high in fiber?

You might not think it but raspberries and blackberries are some of the highest fiber foods out there. One cup of fresh red raspberries holds 8 grams of fiber and blackberries have about 7.5 grams. Beans (like kidney beans, black beans) usually have 6-7 g fiber per 1/2 cup serving (cooked). Quaker breakfast cookies have 5 g of fiber each, and so do Slimfast shakes and bars. Dried figs, apricots, prunes, bran cereal, granola, some trail mixes are good sources of fiber.

Most fruits and veggies, especially broccoli and also beans/legumes are high in fiber.

Meat and animal products have absolutely NO fiber.

Only whole grains, fruits, veggies, and lean protein such as beans have fiber.

Good luck!
