You might not think it but raspberries and blackberries are some of the highest fiber foods out there. One cup of fresh red raspberries holds 8 grams of fiber and blackberries have about 7.5 grams. Beans (like kidney beans, black beans) usually have 6-7 g fiber per 1/2 cup serving (cooked). Quaker breakfast cookies have 5 g of fiber each, and so do Slimfast shakes and bars. Dried figs, apricots, prunes, bran cereal, granola, some trail mixes are good sources of fiber.
