I suggest staying away from this. The weight you do lose is water and only water. Your body keeps about 10 pounds of water in its body all the time to keep you hydrated. When you drink water, your body realizes that its getting so much, it can let go of what its keeping, and therefore you lose it. You will gain it back if you just do the 48 hour diet alone, but if its a detox to start and new diet plan, it may be a good idea.
