Today is exactly 14days since I have been on this Diet I lost 8lbs in the first week and I am off to see my councelor in a couple of hours to find out how I did this week.
I have felt fine haven't experiensed and side effects as yet. Finding it pretty easy.
I lost 5lbs last week total of 13lbs. I was expecting this cause normally in the first week you lose all the water that you have been retaining. I haven't measured my self again yet since I started as I am waiting for a month to pass. I am however today wearinga pair of trousers that I could get past my thighs three weeks ago and there is nothing hanging.
To do the cambridge diet you replace all you meals with shakes for a month for fast weight loss and then go on to a meal day week. After that if you still have more weight to lose then go back onthe the shake only if not the gradually add food to your diet week by week. The web page has lots of info.
How do you suppose you will keep the weight off? It sounds like Slim fast and people who keep the weight off drink the shakes even after they hit goal.
