Losing 2 pounds in 1 day?
I been trying to watch what I eat, and yesterday I consumed somewhere over 1,300 calories and over 50 grams of fat (which is like WAYY over the limit lol). So today I had a total of 5 grams of fat and 710 calories to make up for it. I just weighed myself on the scale and now it says I'm 2 pounds less than when I weighed myself Sunday morning. So I lost weight sometime between Sunday morning and Monday night. Is this just waterweight lost (I've drank plenty though throughout the day) or fatty tissue? lol
