Cottage Cheese Recipes
I was just wondering if anyone had any good low cal/low fat cottage cheese ideas. I went on a high protein kick a few months back (not atkins, just lots of nonfat cottage cheese, chicken breast, and eggs) and I lost about 10 pounds in a month but I got really bored with my food choices and fell off the protein wagon.
I'd like to add more protein back and I like cottage cheese, but I only eat it at breakfast with berries. Does anyone have any healthy ideas that you use cottage cheese for as lunch or dinner?
