watermelon good or bad for you?
I ate a lot of watermelon over the weekend and gain 9 lbs? EVERYTHING ELES I ATE WAS LEGIT,,,LOW CALOIRIES,so I'm thinking I MUST HAVE ATE A 9LB WATERMELON?

..I worked out vigersously this last week and might have dehydrated myself a little bit.?
I was supprise when I weigh...because I have been good /faithful as far as counting my calories/working out ect,,ect,,,
I ate watermelon Friday Sat and Sunday..and yeah more than I should have...I love ''watermelon'' especially a good cold red meat sweet Black Dimond.
I guess I did eat way to much of it...I am not going to weigh myself this week(to chicken) but my clothes still fell bout the same..so I hopeing it was just water....I'll weigh next week and let you guys know.
maybe you used a different weighing scale.. or your weighing scale got broken.. i'm not sure, can you really gain 9lbs just from eating watermelons? even though 9lbs could be water weight?
