Yup, and they succeeded. Ephedra has been banned. Not quite sure on all details but I think companies will continue selling until they are out of stock? Or for a certain period of time? I know you can still get it now, but it won't be long until it's gone for good again. They are going to appeal again but who knows. It's all about money. Pharm companies want to have rights to ephedra so they can upcharge insurance companies. So our $30 bottle of lipodrene will then cost 3 times that amount. At least that's the buzz on some of the other sites.
