HI, I've just joined Jenny Craig and I must say so far so good. The food is acutally pretty tasty. I have 40 lbs to lose and I just can't get into measuring and weighing food. So having to just go to the freezer and pick out next meal works for me. NO thought involved. I do know 2 people currently on it one has lost 35 lbs in 3 months and 10 lbs in 3 weeks! The third lost 30lbs as well.

What I don't like is that there are alot of additives, of course and alot of carbs. But its a 1200 a day calorie diet plan.
I'm figuring after I lose the weight I'll be use to eating less and can go back to eating healthy foods with less additives in it. It is all about portion control-calories in vs calories out~! Looking at JC portions I've been grossly over eating
Has anyone else tired JC and what were your results...please share
