ive heard so much about "starvation mode" yet ive heard people talk about fasting and dirnking only fruit juice or water (and maybe fruits) for 2 days to lose weight.
I fancy detoxing. would i lose weight by drinking only liquids (if I could manage it) for 2 days?
I know people who swear by fasting, but no one who's ever done it to lose weight. They do it because they feel it cleans out their systems. I don't think it works for weight loss. But you said you fancy detoxing, and it might be good for that.
