Unhealthy Weight Loss?
Back in April of this year I weight in at my physical at 165lbs. I was stressed to the max then, and eating terribly, not excersising at all.
I have never been able to lose weight very well, so I simply decided that I would change my eating habits more for my health than my weight. Being 5'8 I was on the verge of being ''overweight'' at 165 lbs
Now, it's August, and I weigh in at 145-150lbs...(depending on what time of day i weigh myself). I've went from a 39 inch hips to 37. It kinda freaks me out. I have been excersising, but not a crazy amount, and I'm not completely perfect with my eating habits.
I'm just wondering if an almost 20lb drop in 5 months is a bit extreme and if I could have some sort of illness or if I'm starving my body or anything??
I feel fine....Never tired, never stressed as much any more. I'm eating my 5 small meals a day, never starving myself or missing a meal. Am I losing weight at an unhealthy rate and should I go see my doctor??
