Hi there,
I am using Liprodene which can only be purchased online. Not sure how much longer it will be available because it contains ephedra which was recently banned again. See older threads on here for more info.

Hi there,
Husband and I just started with this one week ago today. Today was our first weigh in. I lost 4 pounds and he lost seven. There is a thread on here from another person (Seo) that lost a considerable amount of weight in a good time frame. But, the pill is not a cure all, we are eating very healthy and I am walking 20 minutes per day on the treadmill. DH is doing no exercise and lost more ( doesn't seem fair to me) LOL. I had already lost about 25 pounds since having back fusion surgery 4 months ago, but had been stuck at the same weight for about 3 weeks. So it was the jumpstart I needed to get going again. 4 pounds in a week is good for me.
Hope this helps. Go back and read Seo's threads. She gives good advice.

Hello! Lipodrene is available in 3 forms (should all still be availabe still?) Ephedra free (SR) Lite, at 12.5 mg of ephedra, and regular at 25mg of ephedra.
I have been taking since May and am now under goal. I have lost a total of about 50 pounds. I agree, it is definitely the product to get you jump started! I also paired taking the pill with a very healthy diet and exercise daily (for about an hour each day)
My advice on GOOD weight loss pills: the effective ones were all banned as dangerous, and with good reason... they all caused stroke, addiction, or both!
Try your doctor. You may have better luck at finding something that works if it's not over the counter. Not that there aren't side effects or risks, but you'd be under a doctor's supervision.
I'm on Adipex and in about 2 months time I've lost nearly 30 pounds. Since I'm working with my doctor when some rare side effects popped up I had someone to ask about it and changed how much I took. Instead of throwing in the towel like I would do with a OTC pill.
