Husband and I just started with this one week ago today. Today was our first weigh in. I lost 4 pounds and he lost seven. There is a thread on here from another person (Seo
) that lost a considerable amount of weight in a good time frame. But, the pill is not a cure all, we are eating very healthy and I am walking 20 minutes per day on the treadmill. DH is doing no exercise and lost more ( doesn't seem fair to me) LOL. I had already lost about 25 pounds since having back fusion surgery 4 months ago, but had been stuck at the same weight for about 3 weeks. So it was the jumpstart I needed to get going again. 4 pounds in a week is good for me.
