I hope everyone is doing well in obtaining their weight loss goals. I was wondering, what are some home remedies for controlling carvings? I could lose weight a lot faster if I could just control my carvings.
What are you craving? Sugar? I gravitate to foods like potatoes, corn, breads, rice, noodles and drinks like french vanilla coffees and Tazo Chai Tea. I eat very little protein. So, consequently I am always craving the sugars. My doctor said I should cut back on the carbs (not eliminate) and increase the protein. Start the day with egg whites on whole wheat toast. I find that I don't crave or feel hungry as quick when I include protein. He also told me to not allow myself to get hungry in the first place. Eat 6 SMALL meals a day.
