I posted about 2 weeks ago about eating water melon and gaining 9lbs in 3 days time......remember?
and most of you said it was water weight? you guys was right I weigh this morning and lost all 9 bs back and lost a couple extra....course I ate less calories and double up on my exercise these last 2 weeks.
but yeah I guess all that was water weight....
thanks to all you that replyed to me.
I may try to go 10lbs under my goal as to when things like that happen...I'll be safe!!
