I posted about 2 weeks ago about eating water melon and gaining 9lbs in 3 days time......remember?
and most of you said it was water weight? you guys was right I weigh this morning and lost all 9 bs back and lost a couple extra....course I ate less calories and double up on my exercise these last 2 weeks.
but yeah I guess all that was water weight....

I may try to go 10lbs under my goal as to when things like that happen...I'll be safe!! ....
Even if that was all water weight, I think it's pretty scary that eating something as healthy as watermelon would cause you to gain that much water weight. Unless you ate an entire watermelon patch, I just don't understand why it would cause you to retain so much water and then to have to double up on your excercise to get it off? Man! I have some watermelon at home that I was going to eat before it went bad but now I think I've changed my mind.
eat it, just don't eat two or three like I did...may as well been the ''whole water melon patch...lol
but most of it was fluids(water) probably a lb or two of fat in there as well? but I just ate my usual calorie intake other than those stupid old mouth watering water-melon's (can-not leave alone) that did it.
I feel fine now tho? back to my goal weight.
btw, I probably didn't have to ''double up'' on my exercise..thats just something that I did on my own.
I just wanted to get it back off real fast!
