No, I wouldn't eat extra.
If you are trying to lose weight, I think it is sufficient to set a sane calorie level to get you some weight loss even without exercise. So then any excercise atop that is all "gravy." It is just too hard to quantify total exercise work output without some elaborate oxygen measuring equipment. Remeber even walking into a store to buy groceries, or making a bed is "exercise."
Hold the 1500-1700 calories and exercise as much as you can. I GUARANTEE that you won't be able to do that 11 mile run too often in a week...you may not even be able to WALK tomorrow!
