I'm twenty-one, female. 5' 2". Around 175 lbs. Naturally, I have a very small frame, however... needless to say, I'm not exactly tiny horizontally! I'm looking to lose weight before my wedding (next July) so that I can look great for my guy
However, I've got a tiny problem. I'm out of work - and have few prospects of getting a job any time soon.
So, I'm needing to look into ways that I can lose weight without spending money on special foods or the like. I do not pay for my food, it's chosen by the people I'm staying with, so I'm most likely going to be looking at limited diet changes and upping my excersize. I know NOTHING about getting into shape. Absolutely nothing. So, help!
