Relacore is supposed to work by reducing excessive cortisol production by your body. I have no specific information on this specific supplement, but I do know some of the cortisol reducing supplements out there may actually increase cortisol.

Now seriously there is a supplement you could take that would reduce excess cortisol. Its called vitamin C.

Getting enough sleep, and trying to reduce stress is also beneficial. Meditating, or just relaxing for 5 minutes a day will reduce stress.

I Took Relacore And I Would Say Not Really. I First Bottle I Brought I Lost About 12lbs. It Did Help With The Stress A Little. I Brought Another Bottle, And I Didn't Lose Anything. I Guess It Only Works For A Certain Period Of Time. I Been Taking It About 3 Months. I Beleive. After The I Didn't Lose Any Weight For About 3wks Straight I Stop Taking Them. I Guess My Body Got Use To It. Well, It Did Work For About The First Month Or So. The First Week I Lose 7lbs. You Got To Excersise Though. But, If You Plan On Taking It Long Term, I Wouldn't.

I took that mess for 2 weeks and it didn't do a thing. I wasn't eating right or excersiing either. I'm sure if I would have been doing those two things, I would have lost weight, without Relecore.
