Seriously, no matter what my weight, even when I was extremely thin, I've always had it to some degree, except one time in my life when I had virtually none. That was when I had only 10-12% fat on my body, was lifting weights, working out like crazy, and I mean MAJOR weights. I also was a trainer in a gym at the time. The only way to 'get rid' of cellulite is to reduce the body fat. That's all cellulite is, lumps of fat under the surface of your skin. The more you have, the worse it looks. Sad, but true.
