just try to watch your calories...try not to go over 1200 calories a day and do a lot of walking maybe some bike riding, or in your room just bends and streches, lay on the floor flat on your back and raise your legs about 4 inches off the floor then hold for 30 /40 seconds then rest, do that bout 15 min each nite, do jumping jacks, bend over and touch your toes for about 10 min each nite...but walking is great form of exercise and its free..I use a treadmill because i don't like walking in public.
you can always go join a gym class and exercise there but that gets expensive.
cutting calories and exercise you will start to look and feel better with in the first two or three weeks..I promise.
you may want to go check with your Dr before taking any kind of advise from any of us...that is just a smart thing to do.
