which option is better for night time snack

hi there

which option would you recommend as a night time snack prior to going to bed if you want to lose weight?

1. 2 fruits (choice of apples/oranges/guavas)
2. 175ml natural fat free yoghurt

well unless the fruits are small or maybe medium they have lots of natural sugars.... and calories.
I would go with the low fat light yogart....and only snack like a couple hours before bed time...never eat anything and just go right to bed. thats bad.

Whichever has the Less Calories....Calories are all that matters.

I have heard that cottage cheese is a great late night snack because it can keep you full for a long time, like overnight.
