well ive been working out and on weight watchers, and i have always had a flat belly ( i am doing SOME ab workouts like 3 -4 times a week) and been drinking so much water that it's not even funny (using the restroom alot) and my stomach definately seems bigger and im so confused because my stomach was always the flattest area.. someone told me it gets bigger before it gets smaller or its water weight.. im just really confused.. how long is this going to continue.>!?
