So here it is.
Okay, gonna give you a rundown of my daily activities for today.
Breakfast= Made this cool thing where I took a toasted piece of white bread, and used a cup to cut a circle out of the toast, so it was kind of like a circular "toast pictureframe", put it in a frying pan and cracked an egg into the hole, so it cooked to the toast, and made one piece of food. Figured it to be 200 calories.
Lunch= Warm Roast Beef Sandwich with some horseradish + mayo. 334 calories.
Snack= A celery stalk. If I remember correctly, celery has negative calories, cause you burn more eating it than it has in it. May be wrong.
Dinner= Same as lunch. Another 334.
Snack= Plain popcorn. 100 calories.
I drank water all day, exept for one bottle of Lipton Citrus Green Tea, which is 220 calories.
Total= Approx. 1188
For exercise, I did 15 (40 lb) squats, 15 (5 lb) butterflies on each arm and 15 (40 lb) curls. Am I getting enough/too much calories to lose weight?
Also, not meaning to offend anyone, but 100% seriously, does anyone know how much calories masterbation burns, or if it even counts as an exercise?
