Four Weeks to do what I can...

So, my diet has been working pretty well. I started the summer at 155 lbs and right now I'm at 142. I'm fine with this level of weight loss... slow and steady wins the race...

Except I just got a part in a play and in one scene I will be wearing a kind of skimpy outfit. I don't know what it'll be but I'll be showing either some leg or some tummy. And needless to say I want to look GOOD when I do.

The play starts in four weeks so I think a reasonable goal might be to reach 135 lbs, right? What are your suggestions? What tricks do you use to lose weight fast? And are there any exercises that target the tummy and inner thighs?

My advice is to return your own excellent advice:

Since you lost 13 pounds in 13 weeks, keep to it...4 pounds in 4 weeks. Why jeopardize your GOOD diet by replacing it with a 4 week CRASH diet? That's a sure way to eventually see the scale at 170!

... good point. I think maybe I will try to go to the gym a little more and allow myself fewer cheats, but you're right, a crash diet is a bad idea.
