I'm new here and I've just recently started another diet (limiting intake of carbs, low cal) and I go walking for about an hour a day and alternate it with an exercise bike and resistance training.
I used to be about 245 lbs. and now I'm about 220lbs, and 5'7. I've been on a few separate diets before and I've lost weight numerically on the scale, but physically I don't notice a thing!
So, my question is, how long does it take and how many pounds need to come off before real change shows? It's the lack of physical change that makes me get disheartened and makes me give up
