I've never been one to use anything other than good exercise and a healthy diet to lose weight...but i need to shed about 20 pounds now, and i just wondered if hoodia was a good way to control my weight loss.
any help, information, and experiences would be greatly appreciated.
I drink a cup of Bija Hoodia slimming tea everyday and I drink a Bija Deep cleanse everyday. I don't think either if them help me lose weight but they do help me from snacking in the afternoon and the evening. I have lost 3 pounds this week but I think that is because I exercise every morning for 30 minutes and I quit snacking. I hope that helps you.
Hoodia based supplements are appettite suppressants, therefore alone they don't aid in weight loss by changing a person's metabolism. Personally I believe weight loss is a lifestyle change and overall perseverance and persistance to a specific diet in the end will essentially do the same thing.
Not to say that Hoodia is somehow unhealthy, just making a note of what it does. My opnion is Hoodia could be used for a couple weeks to help a person who has been eating and excessive amount of calories (specifically from high starch foods) lower thier intake. After a couple weeks, they could stop taking the hooida. Kind of like training wheels for a bike but rather than learning how to ride, it would be "learning" how to eat right.
I just purchased 3 bottles of Hoodia911 and will be receiving them in the mail any day. I will keep you posted on my progress. I am starting at 193lbs and hope to lose 60 lbs. I'm hoping this will help control my constant appetite and I will become more eager to get to the health club! I'll definitely keep in touch here!
Just a note to everyone who has tried or is going to try hoodia: About 80% of what is available on the market right now is fake! I went to about 12 different websites trying to determine which, if any were real. I couldn't be sure so I decided to stick with watching calorie intake and exercise for now. Good luck to all of you though!
