Has anyone tired Jenny Craig

UGH...I"m so sick and tired of diets and trying to lose weight!! I need to lose 40lbs. I'm, now on Jenny Craig, did lose a little bit of weight. Not sure if my lifestyle warrants this diet. I travel alot, eat out more than I should. I do like the idea of food being prepared, there is no thinking involved. I must say that the food is tasty but after watching Oprah's show on Friday with Dr. Oz and Dr. Rozen on it, the food is totally bad for you.
I thinking the WW would be a good one. I know that I should be thinking "lifestyle change" and not "diet". GEEZ I'm 50 years when am I going to get it!

Probably like me. When we check out. I can gain weight smelling food. When I get the dogs food I am tempted to eat it. I have lost 5000 pounds and gained the same amount in my life. But I keep trying...

WHat ive realized is the best way to lose weight and keep it off is all about Moderation and portion control. its also important to eat right when you wake up to start your metabolism, then eat small portions throughout the day

its what works, or what i am hoping will work for me! because i dont have the money for thier food, or the time to go to support meetings! im just hoping i can find support on here to get me through it

Re: Has anyone tired Jenny Craig

I have done Jenny Craig and had success with it. Did I gain my weigh back when I quit? Yes and more!!! Basically Jenny Craig puts you on a low calorie diet. You don't need to pay for that, you just need to motivate yourself to calculate your own calories. I wish you luck with whatever you decide to do.
