UGH...I"m so sick and tired of diets and trying to lose weight!! I need to lose 40lbs. I'm, now on Jenny Craig, did lose a little bit of weight. Not sure if my lifestyle warrants this diet. I travel alot, eat out more than I should.
I do like the idea of food being prepared, there is no thinking involved. I must say that the food is tasty but after watching Oprah's show on Friday with Dr. Oz and Dr. Rozen on it, the food is totally bad for you.
I thinking the WW would be a good one. I know that I should be thinking "lifestyle change" and not "diet". GEEZ I'm 50 years when am I going to get it!
