What can I expect to happen with this supplement? Good and bad, just give it to me.
I'm 5'0", and 127 lbs--too much, I'd say. (I gained 20 pounds on Depakote.) I'm also on the runner's diet, which means 50 percent of my calories come from carbohydrates, 25 percent from protein, and 25 percent from fat. I run about 3-4 times a week--on a slight incline--for 25 minutes.
Any thoughts, experiences, insight, and information about TrimSpa would be greatly appreciated.
