This make sense?
Okay, my older friend Donna, whom just had gastric bipass, told me about a diet that worked for her long ago to lose 60 pounds in 2 months. It is called T-Factor, and allowed her up to 40 grams of fat a day, eating anything she wanted as long as it all totaled up to 40 grams or less. She said she started just walking a mile a day, then gradually up to 2 miles, then 3, 4, and eventually 5 miles, powerwalking. Does that sound like it would work?
